Spectral's patent for smarter test point grading approved for issue

Spectral's patent application on grading candidate test point sites has been approved for issue by the U.S. Patent Office.

The filing covers a method for automatically blocking unknown signals and grading candidate test point sites using untestable-fault estimates. It sharpens the decision at the center of every Spectral test point inserter: not just whether a site needs a test point, but which sites matter most.
